About compensation for expenses, the bodies of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic tied with delivery home, the dead abroad, during implementation of labor activity by them

However, the labor activity of most of migrant workers of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed without social and legal guarantees and often, is integrated to risk for their health and life. Cases of death of migrant workers take place. Owing to national and religious traditions there is need for transportation of bodies of the dead home.

For the purpose of delivery home of bodies of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, the dead abroad during implementation of labor activity by them, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To the center of employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Ministry of Labour, migration and youth of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- perform compensation for expenses for transportation of bodies of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, the dead abroad, the air, railway, water and land transport in the amount of 100 percent from documentary confirmed expenses, at the expense of special and budgetary funds of the Center of employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
