About transition in the Azerbaijan Republic to the system of accounting and statistics accepted in the international practice
For the purpose of ensuring in the Azerbaijan Republic transition statistical and financial accounting of financial and economic activities of the companies and organizations on the rules accepted in the international practice I decide:
1. Start, since January 1, 1993, maintaining statistical and financial accounting at the companies and in the organizations of the republic according to international standards.
Consider the lead public institutions on ensuring accomplishment of this work the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic according to the statistics and the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2. Charge to the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic according to the statistics and to the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic together with the State committee on economy and planning, National Bank. Academy of Sciences, the relevant ministries, departments and the companies in two-month time to prepare the State program on transition to the international system of accounting and statistics, to submit it for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to accept the relevant resolutions on implementation of this Decree.
