Regulations on maintaining the State register of territorial units of the Azerbaijan Republic and issue of certificates to them

I. General provisions

1.1. This Provision establishes rules of maintaining the State register of territorial units and administrative-territorial districts of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the State register) and issues of certificates to them.

1.1-1. For the purpose of this provision administrative-territorial districts are implied city, settlement, rural administrative territorial the district and as district police officers administrative-territorial the district.

1.2. The state register is created according to the territorial device and administrative-territorial division of the Azerbaijan Republic. The State register joins the existing and newly created territorial units and administrative-territorial districts.

II. Maintaining the State register
