Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 109-VIIQ of December 27, 2024 "About diplomatic service" and ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 331 of February 17, 2025 "About modification of some presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic with respect thereto" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

To "Types of the salary and (or) other income of parents in manats and foreign currency from which children maintenance", of May 23, 2001 are kept by the approved Resolution No. 98 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic. (The collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 5, Article 348 (volume I)) to add the following part 6-1:
"6-1. The alimony does not keep from tax-free payments and other obligatory payments made to the staff of diplomatic service working in diplomatic mission or consulate of the Azerbaijan Republic".
