Article 1. Persons to whom operation of this Federal Law extends

Article 1.1. Right to privileges

1. Heroes of Socialist Work, Heroes of Work of the Russian Federation and complete gentlemen of award of Labour Glory have the right to the privileges provided Articles 2by - 6.1 of this Federal Law, or to monthly money payment according to the procedure and the size, the stipulated in Clause 6.2 presents of the Federal Law, and the privileges provided by part 2 of this Article.

Public charitable associations (organizations) created by Heroes of Socialist Work, Heroes of Work of the Russian Federation and complete gentlemen of award of Labour Glory and consisting only of specified persons for effective fulfillment of the obligations, implementation of the rights, solutions of questions of the social protection and other authorized purposes and tasks which are not connected with business activity have the rights and privileges provided to them by tax and other legislation of the Russian Federation and also have the right to the rooms equipped with telephone communication at the expense of means of the federal budget for implementation of the authorized activities, being exempted at the same time from payment of operation of the specified rooms and utilities, compensation for expenses on payment of use of phone in full according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Article 2. Privileges on medical, sanatorium attendance, prosthetics and provision of medicines

1. First-priority free servicing of Heroes of Socialist Work, Heroes of Work of the Russian Federation and complete gentlemen of award of Labour Glory in treatment and prevention facilities of the state and municipal health care systems, extraordinary free hospitalization and treatment in hospitals, hospitals, hospitals, and also preserving free servicing of specified persons in polyclinics and other medical institutions to which they were attached during work to retirement.
