1. Approve the draft decision of Council of collective security of the Collective Security Treaty Organization about basic educational institution of additional professional education of law enforcement officers and special services of state members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization it (is applied).

Recommend to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to continue work on forming based on State educational institution of additional professional education "All-Russian institute of advanced training of employees (VIPK) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia" of the international interdepartmental Center of preparation and retraining of specialists in fight against terrorism and extremism.

3. Charge to the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization to consider in accordance with the established procedure question of giving of the status basic, and also branches or representative offices of basic educational institution to other educational institutions of state members of the CSTO performing training (retraining) of specialists in other directions of counteraction to modern challenges and safety hazards.

4. To the secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in interaction with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to consider question of creation under basic educational institution of state members of the CSTO of Coordination scientific and methodical council on rendering the methodical, legal and information assistance to the interested educational institutions of law enforcement agencies and special services of state members of the CSTO on counteraction to terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking, illegal (illegal) migration and other types of transnational organized crime.
