About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2023 No. 886

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2023 No. 886 "About approval of Rules of marking of dietary supplements to food means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning dietary supplements to food" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 23, Art. 4196; 2024, No. 49, Art. 7644; 2025, No. 6, Art. 441).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

1. In Item 3:
a) the fifth the subitem "v" to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"from the date of modification of the data provided by Sections III, IV and VIII of the Rules approved by this resolution, according to the procedure, provided by the Section IX of the Rules approved by this resolution (if changes were made to such data);";
b) in the subitem "g" of the word "before the termination of their expiration date" shall be replaced with words ":
concerning dietary supplements to food with expiration date to 3 years (inclusive) - till August 31, 2026;
concerning dietary supplements to food with expiration date more than 3 years - till August 31, 2027;";
c) in the subitem "z" of the word "before the termination of their expiration date" shall be replaced with words ":
concerning dietary supplements to food with expiration date to 3 years (inclusive) - till August 31, 2026;
