About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on water No. 272/2011 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 46-49, 70), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 2:

add the concept "bulk pond for fish farming" with the words "or as water source for centralized irrigational systems";

after the concept "water protection zone" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"the territory without surface water - the zone which is characterized by lack of resources of surface water or insufficiency of sources for development of the types of activity connected with use of certain amount of water.";

exclude the concept "protected zone-the water protection zone of the rivers and reservoirs as it is determined in the Law on the water protection zones and strips of the rivers and reservoirs No. 440/1995;".

2. Part (Article 42 to state 8) in the following edition:

"(8) Income gained as a result of transfer to use of single and indivisible water objects comes to the budget of public organization "National Administration of "Apele Moldovei"" or in budgets of administrative and territorial units according to legal accessory of lands of water fund and hydraulic engineering constructions.".

3. Part (Article 9 to add 1) with Items e) and f) the following content:

"e) sets restrictions for water use;

f) coordinates and registers regulations on operation of water storage basins, ponds and bulk ponds for fish farming, and also technical data sheets of reservoirs, lakes and bulk ponds for fish farming with pumping filling.".

4. C) of Article 9-1 to state Item in the following edition:

"c) establishes extreme values of dumpings of pollutants into surface water depending on extent of the existing pollution;".

5. Add the law with Articles 19-3-19-5 of the following content:

"Article 19-3. Technical documentation on operation of hydraulic engineering constructions
