1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2023 No. 520 "About approval of Rules of implementation of compulsory professional pension contributions":
in Rules of implementation of the compulsory professional pension contributions approved by the specified resolution:
state Items 6 and 7 in the following edition:
"6. When implementing compulsory professional pension contributions all monthly income of the worker provided in the Tax code of the Republic of Kazakhstan is considered (further - the Tax code).
7. When implementing compulsory professional pension contributions the following payment types are not considered:
1) specified in article 365 of the Tax Code;
On 2) according to which Articles 400, of 429, of 430, of 431, of 432, of 433, of 434, 435 and 436 Tax codes decrease the income of physical person, taxable at payment source.
Expenses on payment of compulsory professional pension contributions belong to the salary fund of the agent.".
