1.1. The republican commission on the international humanitarian and technical assistance (further referred to as "Commission") is created based on the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 15, 1995 No. 144.
The commission is created for the purpose of acceptance, accounting, storage, distribution of the humanitarian assistance arriving to the Azerbaijan Republic from foreign states and the international organizations, and the organization of other necessary works in this sphere.
1.2. The commission regularly reports in accomplishment of the tasks to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
1.3. The commission is legal entity based on the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
1.4. The commission has in bank institutions settlement and other accounts in national and foreign currency, seal with the image of the State Emblem and own name, and also angular stamp and forms.
