About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 344 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021:
1) to state heading in the following edition:
"Article 344. Vehicle control by person deprived of the right of vehicle control or the right of which is suspended, or not having the right of vehicle control, and vehicle control by person is equal in state of intoxication (not sober), and equally in refusal or evasion of passing of survey on state of intoxication".
2) in part 1:
and. after the words "driving" to add with the words "or vehicle control by person who does not have the right to manage vehicles, within one year after use of the responsibility for the same act established by the law",
. Shall be replaced with words the words "in tenfold size or with social jobs no more than hundred" "in fifteenfold size or with social jobs no more than hundred fifty";
Shall be replaced with words 3) regarding 2 words "in twentyfold size or with social jobs-from eighty to hundred fifty" "in thirtyfold size or with social jobs - from hundred fifty to two hundred fifty";
Part 5 after the word "procedure" to add 4) with the word "(subcategory)".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
