About entering of amendment into the Law "About the Body Regulating Public Services"

Article 1. No. ZR-18 "About regulating authority of public services" to add article 36 of the Law of December 25, 2003 with part 9 of the following content:

"9. In case of receipt of the message of authorized body of the Government which contains obvious proofs that safety or reliability of functioning of system of the energy sector underwent or can undergo to threat, or potential violation brought or can lead to violation of the rights or legitimate interests of customer group or in gross violation of conditions of the license, administrative production is initiated without delay, but no later than five days from the date of receipt of the message. In the resolution on initiation of administrative production measures of restraint, the stipulated in Article 52.1 Laws "About Power" can be applied. In the case specified in this part, other regulations provided by this Article are not applied. The decision of the Commission chairman is subject to immediate execution from the date of entry into force, and its appeal does not stop its action or execution".

Article 2. Final part and transitional provision

1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. The rules established by this Law extend also to the violations allowed to the introduction of this law in force.
