About compensation payments to persons injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash

According to the Program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Supreme Council of Ukraine on October 11, 1995 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Establish the following amount of the payments provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1992, N 13, Art. 178; N 37, of Art. 543; Ukra§ni Golos newspaper, on June 25, 1996, N 114):

a) ceased to be valid

b) ceased to be valid

c) ceased to be valid

d) payments of lump-sum allowance to citizens who are evacuated, settled out (settle out) or independently moved (move) on the new place of residence, - 1570 thousand karbovanets on each family member;

e) monthly money allowance to the citizens living in the territories of radioactive pollution in connection with restriction of consumption of food of local production and personal subsidiary farm: in zone strengthened radio ecological kontrolya160 by one thousand krb., in zone of the guaranteed voluntary settling out - 210 thousand krb. and in zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out - 260 thousand karbovanets;

e) the immediate compensation to the participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP who became disabled people as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, and the families which lost the supporter from among the faces carried to participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP and which death is connected with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash is paid in the following sizes:

to disabled people of the I group - 37930 thousand karbovanets;

to disabled people of the II group - 28440 thousand karbovanets;

to disabled people of III group - 18960 thousand karbovanets;

2. To the citizens working at the territories of radioactive pollution to establish surcharge in the following sizes:

in zone of the strengthened radio environmental control - 520 thousand karbovanets;

in zone of the guaranteed voluntary settling out - 1050 thousand karbovanets;

in zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out - 1320 thousand karbovanets.

3. Determine that to the pensioners working in zones of radioactive pollution, compensation in addition increases by 135 thousand karbovanets.
