About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2021 No. 22
Based on the paragraph of the fifteenth of Article 10 and part three of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety", subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2006 No. 719, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in Rules on ensuring industrial safety concerning the hazardous production facilities, productions and the related types of activity having specifics of military application, the Ministries of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of September 28, 2021 No. 22, the following changes:
in Item 2 of the word "in Chapters 2-4" shall be replaced with words "in Chapters 2, 3";
exclude Item 3;
in Item 6 of the word "Acceptance for Operation, Identification" to replace with the word "Identification";
in Item 7:
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
in the paragraph the fourteenth the words "in regulatory legal acts (further-the NPA), technical regulatory legal acts (further-TNPA)" shall be replaced with words "in regulatory legal acts (further - the NPA), including technical regulatory legal acts (further - TNPA),";
in the text of Rules and in appendix 4 to these Rules of the word "NPA, TNPA", "NPA and TNPA" shall be replaced with words "the NPA, including TNPA";
