Regulations on procedure for submission of the reporting by subsoil users

1. The regulations on procedure for submission of the reporting by subsoil users (further - provision) are developed according to Code regulations on N1511-XII subsoil of June 15, 1993, the Law on official statistics of N412-XV of December 9, 2004 and the Order of the Government N1196 of November 4, 2004. "About reorganization of the National production association on exploration works of the Republic of Moldova "AGeoM".

2. This provision establishes procedure for submission of the reporting on condition and use of mineral raw material resources of the Republic of Moldova (the list of minerals according to appendix N 1) subsoil users for the purpose of accounting of movement of inventories of minerals, maintaining the state inventory of mineral deposits and the state stock balance of minerals.

3. The procedure for submission of the reporting established by this provision is obligatory for the subsoil users who are performing studying, operation, geological economic evaluation of mineral deposits, and also having temporarily not developed mineral deposits on balance.

4. The reporting includes information as of January 1 every year on inventories of the main and accompanying minerals containing in them the useful components revealed in subsoil in the course of assessment, investigations and developments of the fields which passed state examination or received geological economic evaluation and registered in accordance with the established procedure.

5. The reporting shall contain the following information:

a) quantity and quality of minerals and the useful components containing in them:

got from subsoil;

lost in case of production;

got and warehoused in special dumps;

developped in the course of investigation, additional exploration and operational investigation;

written off in accordance with the established procedure owing to loss of industrial value;

not proved to be true as a result of the subsequent works on investigation, revaluation and mining;

transferred from one subsoil user to fixed assets to another;

b) annual project and actual figures of security of the mountain companies with explored reserves of minerals, and also on amounts of their production, losses, impoverishment;

c) type of fields and method of their working off, type (grade, brand) of mineral and extent of industrial development;
