Article 1. Make the following changes to Article 231 of the Code of civil procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 17 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 13, No. 4, Articles 362, 367, No. 5 (book I), article 484, No. 6 (book I), article 637, No. 12 (book I), Article 1283; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 28, 2025 No. 147-VIIGD and of April 11, 2025 No. 172-VIIGD):
1.1. in the first case shall be replaced with words the word "debtor" "the debtor - physical person, the head of executive body of legal person debtor";
1.2. According to Article 231.3:
1.2.1. in the first (the first case) and the fourth (the first case) offers shall be replaced with words the word "debtor" "the head of executive body of the debtor - physical person, the head of executive body of the debtor - the legal entity";
