For the purpose of improvement of quality and expansion of range of services in coal-mining industry, increase in competitiveness of the got products in the market of the country, creation of conditions on attraction of direct investments from potential strategic investors for ensuring further effective development, according to the Privatization program of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2023-2025 approved by the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 1, 2023 No. 999-VII, being guided by article 23 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Reorganize the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic by transformation to Kyrgyzkomur open joint stock company with preserving 100 percent of shares in state-owned property, with determination of the authorized capital of society in the amount of 10757477900 (ten billion seven hundred fifty seven million four hundred seventy seven thousand nine hundred) som.
2. Determine that the Kyrgyzkomur open joint stock company is legal successor of the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic by all rights and obligations.
3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 247 the following change:
