About classification of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature

1. Determine that emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature are subdivided on:

a) emergency situation of local nature as a result of which the territory in which there was emergency situation and conditions of life activity of people are violated (further - zone of emergency situation) does not go beyond the territory of the organization (object), at the same time the number of the people who died and (or) received damage to health makes no more than 10 people or the extent of damage to the surrounding environment and material losses (further - the size of material damage) no more than 240 thousand rubles constitute;

b) emergency situation of municipal nature as a result of which the zone of emergency situation does not go beyond the territory of one municipality at the same time the number of the people who died and (or) received damage to health makes no more than 50 people or the size of material damage constitutes no more than 12 million rubles, and also this emergency situation cannot be referred to emergency situation of local nature;

c) emergency situation of intermunicipal nature as a result of which the zone of emergency situation mentions the territory of two and more municipal districts, municipal districts, city districts located in the territory of one subject of the Russian Federation, or the intracity territories of the federal city at the same time the number of the people who died and (or) received damage to health makes no more than 50 people or the size of material damage constitutes no more than 12 million rubles;

d) emergency situation of regional nature as a result of which the zone of emergency situation does not go beyond the territory of one subject of the Russian Federation at the same time the number of the people who died and (or) received damage to health makes over 50 people, but no more than 500 people or the size of material damage constitutes over 12 million rubles, but no more 1, 2 billion rubles;

e) emergency situation of interregional nature as a result of which the zone of emergency situation mentions the territory of two and more subjects of the Russian Federation at the same time the number of the people who died and (or) received damage to health makes over 50 people, but no more than 500 people or the size of material damage constitutes over 12 million rubles, but no more 1, 2 billion rubles;

e) emergency situation of federal nature as a result of which the number of the people who died and (or) received damage to health makes over 500 people or the size of material damage 2 billion rubles make from above 1,.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 1996 of N1094 "About Classification of Emergency Situations of Natural and Technogenic Nature" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 39, St 4563).

2.1. Determine that classification of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, does not extend to the emergency situations in the woods which arose owing to wildfires.
