About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status

Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following change:
add Article 1 with Item 6 of the following content:
"6. Regulations of this Code are applied to the relations arising within the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status in the part which is not settled and not contradicting the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status" and to the acts following from the specified Law.".
Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:
in Article 2:
a) state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The regulations of the land right containing in other laws and other acts of the legislation shall correspond to this Code, except as specified, established by the paragraph the second Item 3 of this Article.";
b) add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Regulations of this Code are applied to the relations arising within the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status in the part which is not settled and not contradicting the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status" and to the acts following from the specified Law.".
