A. Mityukova and V. B. Isakov invited in meeting - representatives of the State Duma, M. A. Krasnov - the representative of the President of the Russian Federation,

being guided by Article 125 (part 5) Constitutions of the Russian Federation, part one item 4, parts two and third Article 3, Item 2 parts two of Article 21 and article 105 of the Federal constitutional Law "About the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation",

considered in open plenary meeting case on interpretation of part 4 of Article 105 in connection with article 106 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Reason for consideration of the case, according to part one of article 36 of the Federal constitutional Law "About the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation", was the request of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation about interpretation of part 4 of Article 105 and article 106 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The basis to consideration of the case, according to part two of article 36 of the Federal constitutional Law "About the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation", was the found uncertainty in understanding of provisions of part 4 of Article 105 in connection with instructions of article 106 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation owing to what it is required to explain whether the chetyrnadtsatidnevny term established by part 4 of article 105 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation for consideration and approval of the Federal Laws in the Federation Council extends to the Federal Laws on questions which list is this in article 106 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
