1. Approve Regulations on structure and procedure for approval of the outline sketch it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since May 2, 2025.

1. This Provision determines structure and procedure for approval of the outline sketch * for application when constructing facilities, carried to the fourth and fifth classes of complexity, according to subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2025 No. 46, and also for application in case of construction and reconstruction of objects concerning which the rights granted in paragraph three of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2025 to No. 266 "About provision of powers in the field of construction", subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2025 No. 301 "About construction of facilities of cellular communication are exercised".
