About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning territorial defense
Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1. In the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015:
Item 12 of Article 129 to add 1) with the subitem 9) of the following content:
"9) the state control in the field of territorial defense.";
Article 138 to add 2) with the subitem 120) of the following content:
"120) behind compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of territorial defense.".
2. In the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2025:
1) in the paragraph the second the subitem 2) Item 1 of Article 31:
after words "service premises" to add with words ", buildings, constructions";
shall be replaced with words words of "wartime in case of carrying out" "wartime, carrying out";
after words of "expansion of territorial troops" to add with words of "Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
shall be replaced with words the word of "charges" "military charges";
shall be replaced with words words of "divisions of territorial defense" "divisions of territorial troops of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) in the paragraph the second the subitem 2) Item 1 of Article 32:
after words "service premises" to add with words ", buildings, constructions";
shall be replaced with words words of "wartime in case of carrying out" "wartime, carrying out";
after words of "expansion of territorial troops" to add with words of "Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
shall be replaced with words the word of "charges" "military charges";
