1. Determine that:
1.1. in case of application of procurement procedure from one source when implementing public procurements * according to Items 7 and 9 (in case of purchase of goods (works, services) which estimated cost of annual (general) requirement of public procurement constitutes from 50 to 500 basic sizes inclusive) appendices to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" the customer (organizer) determines the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) with use of electronic trading platform if other is not established by the Regulations on procedure for holding procurement procedure from one source on electronic trading platform approved by this resolution.
The customer (organizer) has the right to determine the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) with use of electronic trading platform when holding procurement procedure from one source in other cases established by appendix to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public procurements of goods (works, services)", other legal acts and resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
