7. Create:

1) Kazakhturinvest joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital;

determine core activities of society:

planning of construction of tourism infrastructure, including locations of tourists, transport, objects of public catering, objects and means of entertainment, subjects to informative, improving, business, sports and other appointment;

construction and supply of engineering communications (electro-, warm, water supply, communication), necessary for construction of facilities of the industry of tourism;

2) "Material Logistics of the Industry of Tourism and Sport" joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital;

determine core activities of society:

content, servicing and running repair of objects of tourism and sport;

marketing of tourist services and tourist products;

edition and production of advertizing, help, methodical products;

production of souvenir and other tourist products, providing with the sports equipment, stock and equipment.

8. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to allocate to the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan for forming of the authorized capital of societies of 400000000 (four hundred million) tenges from reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided in the republican budget for 2006 on urgent costs.

9. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation: transfer rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of societies to the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan; together with the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) forming of the authorized capital of societies in the amount of on 200000000 (two hundred million) tenges from the funds allocated from reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to Item 7 of this resolution;

2) state registration of societies in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

10. To the ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure to create the board of directors of societies.

11. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

12. To the ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

13. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
