About exemption of the charges levied for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods
For the purpose of accomplishment of interstate procedures, according to article 41 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine that the component parts imported into the Kyrgyz Republic for assembly of the laptops intended for teachers of the state and municipal general education organizations having the state value are exempted from payment of charges for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods.
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
