About approval of single system of classification of quality of water in superficial water objects and (or) their parts

According to item 4 of article 41 of the Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Item 2 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About legal acts" I ORDER:

1. Approve the classifications of quality of water enclosed the Single system in superficial water objects and (or) their parts.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Chairman of Committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 9, 2016 No. 151 "About approval of single system of classification of quality of water in water objects" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14513).

2) the order of the Chairman of Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2024 No. 70 "About modification of the order of the Chairman of Committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 9, 2016 No. 151 "About approval of single system of classification of quality of water in water objects" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 34195).

3. To provide to committee on regulation, protection and use of water resources of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective since June 10, 2025 and is subject to official publication.
