About some questions of temporary stay in the Russian Federation of separate categories of foreign citizens

For the purpose of strengthening of strategic partnership of the Russian Federation with other State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and according to Item 2 of article 3 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" I decide No. 115-FZ:

1. Determine that till December 31, 2027 the military personnel of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States having according to international treaties training and training in the military units and the military educational organizations of the higher education which are under authority of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, their spouse and also the minor children including adopted or who are under guardianship (guardianship) of this military personnel on condition of stay in their dependence have the right to stay temporarily in the Russian Federation without passing of obligatory state dactyloscopic registration, photography and medical examination provided by Items 13 and 18 of article 5 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 115-FZ "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation".

2. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
