About approval of the Method of calculation of performance indicator of implementation of marking and traceability of goods means of identification
According to subitem 2-1) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and the subitem 60) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 497, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of performance indicator of implementation of marking and traceability of goods by means of identification.
2. To provide to department of digital transformation and marking of goods of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective within ten calendar days from the moment of signing and is subject to official publication.
