Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of paid types of activity on rendering of services of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan by public institutions on delivery of health care within the guaranteed amount of free medical care and in system of compulsory social medical insurance, money from which realization remains at their order, uses of the money from rendering of services remaining at their order.

2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2019 No. 931 "About approval of Rules of rendering paid types of activity on rendering of services of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan by public institutions on delivery of health care within the guaranteed amount of free medical care and in system of compulsory social medical insurance and expenditure them money from rendering of services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19519);

2) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal and rule-making coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 1) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chief of staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
