Based on the paragraph of the sixteenth of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 No. 110-Z "About precious metals and gemstones", the paragraph of third Item 7 of the Regulations on the Republican commission on the solution of questions of utilization of the scrap and waste of precious metals, waste of gemstones approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2006 No. 1411, and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the list of property, extraction of precious metals from which is economically inexpedient, according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2016 No. 115 "About establishment of the list of component parts, nodes and details of the equipment, devices and other products from which extraction of precious metals is economically inexpedient".
3. This resolution becomes effective since June 12, 2025.
