1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for financial accounting of transactions of provision and receipt by banks of the credits and their repayments.

2. Recognize invalid:

Instruction for financial accounting of transactions of provision and receipt by banks of the credits and their repayment

SECTION I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. This Instruction establishes procedure for reflection in financial accounting:

for banks of the Republic of Belarus - transactions of obtaining from National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (further - National Bank) the credits provided with pledge of securities in Belarusian rubles and their repayments;

for banks of the Republic of Belarus - transactions of obtaining and repayment of external state loans (credits) under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus (further - external state loans), and also transactions of provision of external state loans to other residents (further - resident borrowers) on the terms of assignment (further - loans);

for banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus (further - banks) - transactions of provision of money in Belarusian rubles and foreign currency in the form of the credit to legal entities (including to banks), to individual entrepreneurs and physical persons, transactions of receipt of the credits from banks and their repayment.

In case of reflection in financial accounting of transactions of receipt of the credits from nonresidents and their repayment (except for external state loans) banks are guided by the chart of accounts of financial accounting in banks of the Republic of Belarus and instructions for application of the chart of accounts of financial accounting in banks of the Republic of Belarus according to appendices 1 and 2 to the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2005 No. 283 "About conducting financial accounting in the banks located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 172, 8/13232) (further - the chart of accounts), this Instruction taking into account requirements of international treaties (agreements), interbank credit agreements, individual credit agreements and other documents containing terms for crediting.
