1. Agree with reorganization:

public institution "The republican center of the Olympic preparation of "Flock" by accession of the educational sports facility to it "The republican center of the Olympic reserve for soccer of the Belarusian state university";

"Republican Center of the Olympic Preparation for Rowing Sports" organizations by accession of "Republican Center of the Olympic Preparation for Sailing" organization to it.

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595:

in item 4:

to exclude from subitem 4.3 of the word "in accordance with the established procedure";

state subitem 4.4 in the following edition:

"4.4. taking measures to ensuring nuclear and radiation safety during the creation and functioning of nuclear power engineering, system of long-term storage and burial of radioactive waste in the Republic of Belarus according to the procedure established by the legislation in the field of nuclear power engineering about nuclear and radiation safety;";

4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
