Article 1. In the Code of Administrative Offences of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 2 (the book I), Article 202 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 18, No. 2, Article 135, No. 4, article 362, No. 5 (book I), Articles 487, 489, 492, 503, No. 7, Articles 750, 768, 771, 772, No. 12 (book I), article 1280, No. 12 (book II), Article 1330; Presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 29, 2024 No. 77-VIIQD, of December 1, 2024 No. 111-VIIQD and No. 115-VIIQD 27, No. 118-VIIQD of December 29, 2014) to make the following changes:
1.1. To add Item 43.1 after figures "606.1" with figures "606.3";
1.2. Under Article 603:
1.2.1. In the sanction of Article 603.1 of the word "rub from two hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "six of four hundred manats", and the words "six of four hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "one thousand two of one thousand manats";
1.2.2. In the sanction of Article 603.3 of the word "two of hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "four of two hundred manats", and the words "five hundred of three hundred manats" shall be replaced with words "eight hundred of one thousand manats";
1.3. In the sanction of Article 604 to replace the word "thirty" with the word "hundred";
1.4. In the sanction of Article 605 of the word "from eighty to hundred fifty manats" shall be replaced with words "from two hundred to three hundred manats", and shall be replaced with words the words "from two hundred to four manats" "from six hundred to eight manats";
1.5. Under Article 606:
