1.1. Methodical instructions for the state cadastral assessment of lands of settlements (further - Methodical instructions) are developed according to Item 11 of Rules of carrying out the state cadastral assessment of the lands approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 08.04.2000 of N316 (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, N 16, Art. 1709; 2006, N 16, Art. 1744; 2006, N 52, Art. 5587).
1.2. Methodical instructions allow to determine the cadastral cost of the parcels of land as a part of lands of settlements by the following types of the permitted use:
1.2.1. The parcels of land intended for placement of houses of the sredneetazhny and multi-storey housing estate.
1.2.2. The parcels of land intended for placement of houses of the low-rise housing estate, including the individual housing estate.
1.2.3. The parcels of land intended for placement of garages and car parks.
