About calculation of the extent of the harm done to the woods owing to violation of the forest legislation

According to Article 100 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation, Articles 191. 260 and 261 Criminal Codes of the Russian Federation decide 1,:

1. Approve:

dachshunds for calculation of the extent of the damage caused to forest plantings or the trees which are not carried to forest plantings, bushes and lianas owing to violation of the forest legislation which procurement of wood is allowed according to the appendix N1;

dachshunds for calculation of the extent of the damage caused to trees and bushes which procurement of wood is not allowed according to the appendix N2;

technique of calculation of the extent of the harm done to the woods, including forest plantings, or trees which are not carried to forest plantings, bushes and lianas owing to violation of the forest legislation according to the appendix N3;

dachshunds for calculation of the extent of the damage caused to the woods owing to violation of the forest legislation, except for the damage caused to forest plantings or the trees which are not carried to forest plantings, bushes and lianas, according to the appendix N4.

2. To provide to the ministry of natural resources of the Russian Federation till July 1, 2007 in accordance with the established procedure to the Government of the Russian Federation the offers concerning dachshunds for calculation of the extent of damage and technique of calculation of the extent of harm in damnification cases to the woods, not the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 21, 2001 of N388 "About Approval of Dachshunds for Calculation of the Amount of Penalties for the Damage Caused to Forest Fund and the Woods Which Are Not Entering into Forest Fund by Violation of the Forest Legislation of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 22, the Art. 2236).
