About additional guarantees of social protection of judges and workers of offices of courts of the Russian Federation

Article 1. Voided according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 25.12.2012 No. 269-FZ.
Article 2. To workers of offices of courts of the Russian Federation to whom class ranks are appropriated in addition to the monetary pay established for them as for federal government civil servants the following allowances are established:
1) to the workers having academic degree of Candidate of Law Sciences or academic status of the associate professor - in the amount of 5 percent of the established official pay rate;
2) to the workers having academic degree of the doctor of jurisprudence or academic status of professor - in the amount of 10 percent of the established official pay rate;
3) to the workers having honorary title "The honored lawyer of the Russian Federation" - in the amount of 10 percent of the established official pay rate.
Article 3. The monthly allowance to the monthly monetary reward in the amount of 50 percent of the monthly perpetual maintenance which could be added by it in case of retirement is paid to the judges of the Russian Federation having the right to the monthly perpetual maintenance in complete size, but continuing to work.
Article 4. To the judges of the Russian Federation transferred to other area, expenses on their moving and moving of members of their families are compensated in full.
Article 5. Judges of the Russian Federation have entitlement to compensation of the incurred expenses connected with hiring (subhiring) of premises before provision of living space by it.

Provisions of this Article are subject to application in case of calculation of length of service for purpose of dismissal wage and the monthly perpetual maintenance according to Items 3 and 5 of article 15 of the Law of the Russian Federation of June 26, 1992 No. 3132-1 "About the status of judges in the Russian Federation", and also in case of calculation of the years of service granting the right to other payment types and privileges.
Article 8. The monthly perpetual maintenance, the monthly monetary reward, quarterly cash encouragement and other payments provided by the relevant Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation are paid to the judge of the Russian Federation who is in resignation and involved to discharge of duty of the judge of the Russian Federation in complete size.
Article 9. The monetary compensation in the amount of the cost of the permit is paid to the judge of the Russian Federation who was not using the right to sanatorium treatment.
Article 10. This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 1996, except for Articles 1 and 3, which become effective since January 1, 1997.
