Article 1. Make the following changes to article 606.2 of the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 2 (the book I), Article 202 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 18, No. 2, Article 135, No. 4, article 362, No. 5 (book I), Articles 487, 489, 492, 503, No. 7, Articles 750, 768, 771, 772, No. 12 (book I), Article 1280; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of November No. 72-VIIQD 29, No. 77-VIIQD, of December No. 111-VIIQD 27 and of December 29 118-VIIQD):
1.1. In Item 606.2.1 after the word "citizens" to add with words "(except for the military personnel transferred to the reserve relevant organ of the executive authority)";
1.2. In Item 606.2.2 after the words "military personnel" to add with words "(except for the military personnel transferred to the reserve relevant organ of the executive authority)".
Article 2. In article 17.4 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 8, Article 683 (volume I); 2024, No. 2, Article 132, No. 4, Article 365; No. 92-VIIGD and of December 27, 2024 No. 111-VIIGD) the word "accounting" to replace the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 13, 2024 with the word "registration".
