1. Determine that the extreme size:

1.1. to insurance agent - the physical person performing on behalf of insurance company intermediary activities for insurance based on the employment contract constitutes remunerations:

under each agreement of compulsory insurance, except for obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles, - the amount equal to 7 percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

under each agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles - the amount equal to 4 percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

under each agreement of the voluntary insurance which is not relating to life insurance, except for voluntary insurance of medical expenses and insurance of land vehicles:

the insurer on whom the physical person acts, - the amount equal to 35 percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

the insurer on whom the legal entity acts, - the amount equal to 5 percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

under each agreement of voluntary insurance of medical expenses:

the insurer on whom the physical person acts, - the amount equal to 8,5 of percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

the insurer on whom the legal entity acts, - the amount equal to 0,1 of percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

under each agreement of voluntary insurance of land vehicles - the amount equal to 5 percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

under each agreement of obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles - the amount equal to 4 percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

under each agreement of the voluntary insurance which is not relating to life insurance, except for voluntary insurance of medical expenses and insurance of land vehicles - the amount equal to 20 percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

under each agreement of voluntary insurance of medical expenses - the amount equal to 8,5 of percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;

under each agreement of voluntary insurance of land vehicles - the amount equal to 1 percent of the amount of insurance premiums under this agreement;
