About the Autonomous Republic of Crimea
Article 1. The Autonomous Republic of Crimea is administrative-territorial autonomy as a part of Ukraine.
Article 2. The Autonomous Republic of Crimea independently resolves the issues carried to its maintaining by the Constitution of Ukraine, this Law, other laws of Ukraine and the Constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Article 6. Regulatory authority of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Executive body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Municipal authorities in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea are rural, settlement, district, city, district Councils and their executive bodies in the cities.
Courts, bodies of prosecutor's office, division of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea are formed and are effective according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine.
Article 7. The state symbols in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea are the state symbols of Ukraine.
The Autonomous Republic of Crimea can have own symbols: coat of arms, flag, anthem. Their description, and also procedure for use are established by the law of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Use of own symbols of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is possible only together with the state symbols of Ukraine.
Article 8. Are under authority the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on behalf of its authorities:
1) interpretation of the laws of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and control of their observance;
2) the solution of questions of administrative-territorial division of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, establishment and change of borders of areas, settlements, reference of settlements to category of the cities, the name and renaming of the cities, areas, areas in the cities, settlements of city type, villages.
