About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2024 No. 36-Z "About change of the laws concerning employment of the population"

In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 9, 2024 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2024 No. 36-Z "About change of the laws concerning employment of the population" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 353

1. Approve Regulations on employment of the parents obliged to refund the expenses spent by the state for content of the children who are on the state providing it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

local executive and administrative organs of basic level, except for executive and administrative organs of administrative and territorial units in which there are no temporary detention centers or the centers of isolation of offenders no later than April 15, 2025 make the decision on determination for 2025 of the list of the organizations (irrespective of patterns of ownership) for labor involvement of persons brought to the administrative responsibility for making of administrative offense, stipulated in Article 10.20 Codes of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses (further - administratively arrested obliged persons);

the administration of the place of serving of administrative detention of administratively arrested obliged persons no later than May 1, 2025 concludes with the organizations determined in the list according to the paragraph to the second this Item, the agreement on labor involvement of administratively arrested obliged persons.

3. Determine that actions for financing and compensation of costs for creation and jobs preservation, including specialized, for employment of disabled people, and also actions for adaptation to labor activity of disabled people are financed by the budget funds of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population allocated for implementation of actions in the field of assistance of employment of the population - till December 31, 2025, the republican budget - since January 1, 2026.

4. Recommend to district (city) executive committees (local administrations) in a month based on Approximate regulations on the permanent commission on coordination of work on assistance of employment of the population approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2018 No. 240, to make changes to the regulations on the permanent commissions on coordination of work on assistance of employment of the population approved by them.

5. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.

6. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

7. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

paragraphs the twenty ninth and thirtieth Item 10 of appendix 1 - after official publication of this resolution also extend the action to the relations which arose since February 1, 2025;

1. In Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589:
