About liquidation of the Center of research of the information circle under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to Articles 96, 97 Civil codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Liquidate public institution "The center of research of the information circle under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" with transfer of the appropriate financial and material means to central office of the Ministry of Culture, information and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Ministry of Culture, information and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

- form liquidation commission for implementation of liquidation procedure of public institution "The center of research of the information circle under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic", to organize accomplishment of the corresponding procedures;

- approve the liquidation balance sheet;

- provide target use of the transferred financial resources on providing and strengthening of information security in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- take other measures following from this resolution.

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 251 the following change:

to state the scheme of management of the Ministry of Culture, information and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution according to appendix.

4. Recognize invalid:

2) Item 6 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of circus art" of February 25, 2025 No. 87.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
