About approval of Rules of placement of information on the Internet portal of open data
According to the subitem 10) Item 1 of article 6-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About information access" and the subitem 44) Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 866 "About some questions of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan", PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of placement of information on the Internet portal of open data.
2. Recognize invalid the following orders:
1) the order of the Minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2021 No. 144 "About approval of Rules of placement of information on the Internet portal of open data" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 22651);
2) item 4 of the List of some orders to which changes are made the acting minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of January 24, 2023 No. 33 "About introduction of amendments to some orders" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 31773).
3. To provide to development department of communications of the state and society of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
