About enhancement of public administration in the sphere of migration

For the purpose of enhancement of public administration in the sphere of migration I decide:

1. Form based on Head department concerning migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Service concerning nationality and registration of foreign citizens of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

2. To the government of the Russian Federation in 3-month time:

a) provide offers on limiting refining of the number of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;

b) provide offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Russian Federation to compliance with this Decree;

c) bring the acts into accord with this Decree;

d) provide financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree.

3. In 3-month time to provide to the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation holding the organizational actions provided by this Decree.

4. Make to acts of the President of the Russian Federation changes according to the list according to appendix.

5. Recognize invalid:
