About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning protection and use of water fund
Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1. In the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 1994:
1) in Article 193-1:
to add Item 2 part one after the word "water management" with the words "and hydrotechnical";
add Item 3 with words "if other is not provided by legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) in part one of Item 1 of Article 42 of the word "the closed reservoirs" to exclude;
"Use and protection of water fund, water supply, water disposal" shall be replaced with words 3) in part nine of Item 2 of Article 43 of the word "basin water inspectorates for protection and regulation of use of water resources";
