About indexation of pensions since April 1, 2025
The parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - In departure from part provisions (2) article 13 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 and article 13 of the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2025 No. 303/2024 in case of indexation of pensions since April 1, 2025 the coefficient of indexation makes 10 percent and is applied only to that part of pension which does not exceed the size of the average monthly salary predicted for 2025 on economy in the amount of 16 100 lei.
Art. 2. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in 10-day time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
