About establishment of the maximum sizes of the admission fees for members of commodity exchange, payments for participation in the exchange biddings and the commissions of brokers

According to subitem 10-6) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About commodity exchanges" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Establish the following maximum sizes:

1) the admission fee for members of total commodity exchange on all trade sections, no more three hundredfold size of the monthly settlement indicator established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget;

2) the payment levied by commodity exchange from participants of stock exchange trading for participation in the exchange biddings, no more 0,2 of % of the amount of transaction;

3) commission of brokers for rendering broker services, no more 0,2 of % of the amount of transaction.

2. To provide to department of electronic and stock exchange trading of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2025 and is subject to official publication.
