According to Item 2 of article 94 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of payment of subsidies for reduction in cost of cost of the costs connected with grain transportation according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of subsidizing of the expenses of the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex connected with grain transportation according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first publication and is effective till September 1, 2026.
