Part the fourth Article 11 to add 1) with offers of the following content: "The list of types of foreign currency which can be contributed in payment of the authorized capital of credit institution is determined by the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia. The board of directors of the Bank of Russia has the right to determine the maximum size of share of the authorized capital of credit institution which can be paid with foreign currency, and also type of foreign currency from among the types included in the specified list, and the maximum size of share of the authorized capital of credit institution which can be paid with such type of foreign currency.";

a) in part seven "heel" to replace the word with the word "sixth";
