2) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 19, 2019 No. 200 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 27, 2013 No. 241 "About approval of Rules of the choice of the managing directors of investment portfolio performing activities based on the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan including requirements to them, in case of the order it to make the actions necessary for management of pension assets of the single accumulation pension fund" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19646).
2. To provide to department of monetary transactions of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
