About procedure for maintaining the state register of agricultural credit consumer cooperatives by the Bank of Russia

1. 1.1. About date of entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (further - the USRLE) records about state registration of cooperative.

1.2. About method of formation of cooperative.

1.3. About the complete and reduced (in the presence) names of cooperative in Russian.

1.4. That the cooperative is in process of reorganization (in the presence).

1.5. That the cooperative is in process of liquidation (in the presence).

1.6. About the address of cooperative within the cooperative location specified in the USRLE.

1.7. About the primary state registration number (further - PSRN) cooperative.

1.8. About identification taxpayer number of cooperative.

1.9. About person having the right without power of attorney to act on behalf of cooperative: position, surname, name, middle name (in the presence).

1.10. About membership of cooperative in self-regulatory organization in the sphere of the financial market uniting cooperatives (further - self-regulatory organization):

full name of self-regulatory organization in Russian;

PSRN of self-regulatory organization;

date of acceptance of cooperative in members of self-regulatory organization;

date of the termination of membership of cooperative in self-regulatory organization;

basis of the termination of membership of cooperative in self-regulatory organization.

1.11. About date of entering into the USRLE of record about state registration of the changes brought in constituent documents of cooperative and connected with exception of its name of words which according to Items 8.1 and 14 of article 4 of the Federal Law of December 8, 1995 No. 193-FZ the name of cooperative shall contain.

1.12. About date and method of the termination of cooperative (in the presence).

2. The Bank of Russia shall keep the register in electronic form and provide access to the data containing in the register.

The Bank of Russia no later than one working day from the date of entering into the register of data, stipulated in Item 1 this Instruction, and also changes into the specified data shall post them on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet.

The Bank of Russia no later than seven working days from the date of receipt in the Bank of Russia of request about provision of information on availability (about absence) data on cooperative in the register (further respectively - information on cooperative, request) shall provide to person who sent inquiry, information on cooperative by method by which such inquiry was sent to the Bank of Russia, or by the method specified in request.

3. This Instruction is subject to official publication and according to the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia (the minutes of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia of October 30, 2024 No. PSD-37) become effective since February 5, 2025.

4. From the date of entry into force of this Instruction to recognize invalid:
